The brand
BAG TO YOU (百達遊) is a bags and luggage retailer carrying handbags, backpacks, travel luggage, and accessories. For its Taiwan mall location, the brand wanted to break from the dark, hushed template of traditional bag stores and create something younger: a bright, color-saturated space where the product range — from everyday totes to hard-shell luggage — is organized clearly and invites browsing.
The brief
- A complete store, not a fixture list: layout, circulation, zoning, wall systems, islands, cashier, fitting mirror, and window display resolved as one plan
- A multi-color scheme — lemon yellow, apple green, lilac, cream — applied consistently across walls, fixtures, and plinths without becoming chaotic
- Wall systems with adjustable capacity for a wide, seasonal SKU mix: hanging bags, shelf-folded goods, boxed luggage
- Cross-border delivery: fixtures produced in our Huizhou factory, export-packed, and shipped to Taiwan ready for site assembly
What we built
Starting from the floor plan, our design team developed the full layout logic and produced a complete Enscape visualization set — storefront, sightlines, and every interior zone — so the client approved the exact store before production began.
The fixture package includes:
- Perimeter wall display systems in alternating color blocks, combining adjustable shelves, hanging rails, and pegboard sections for bags of all formats
- Freestanding display islands and nesting tables in mixed heights for featured products and seasonal stories
- Luggage display plinths and floor zones sized for hard-shell cases and travel sets
- A full-height fitting mirror station framed in lilac, positioned along the main circulation path
- A cashier counter and back wall consistent with the color system
- A window display zone with an arched backdrop, balloon-style props, and plinth cluster for the storefront moment
- Storefront fascia with illuminated brand signage in English and Chinese
Everything was fabricated in Huizhou, quality-checked, export-packed with site labeling, and shipped to Taiwan for coordinated assembly.

Project takeaway
Full-store shopfitting across a border only works when design, production, and packing are one accountable workflow. Approving the store in 3D first, then building to those exact drawings in our own factory, is what lets an overseas client sign off with confidence — and receive a store that matches the render.
